Each of our three rooms in our guest wing are available separately from mid-October 2020 at $299 for one night or $560 for two nights, and $280 for each night after .

Rate includes afternoon tea and full cooked as well as continental breakfast options

If you book all three rooms you will also receive a complimentary bottle of Gladstone wine

Please note, if you need to change your travel plans due to COVID restrictions, full refunds will be provided of any deposits paid and there will be no cancellation fee OR your booking can be transferred to a future date.

Coronavirus Response

You can rest assured that your safety is being prioritized. There is an extensive cleaning regime we have implemented in between guest stays.

We are taking bookings for  single rooms as from mid-October 2020.  Please be aware that bookings made will be subject to Coronavirus status at that time.  Should you need to change your booking any deposit paid will be repaid (minus a $10 processing fee) or your booking can be transferred to another date.

Terms and conditions

  • Cancellation policy - bookings cancelled within 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of 20% (unless Covid influenced, see above).  Cancellations made within 7 days or no-shows will be charged full booking cost. (In the case of last minute cancellations, these may be transferable depending on circumstances)
  • No children under age 16 (in consideration of other guests), unless you book all three rooms and contact us beforehand
  • No smoking inside (and if very dry, restrictions may apply in the grounds also)
  • Cleaning/damages policy - The Summit Lodge reserves the right to charge to the guest’s credit card for cleaning charges for excessive soiling, cost of repairs to damage to the fabric of the lodge, replacement or repair of fixtures and fittings and for any labour costs and management time incurred in carrying out or arranging for such repairs and or replacements
  • No pets please - we have chickens, a dog and neurotic cats (as well as fields filled with sheep next to us) so other dogs can create challenges!
