Dining at the Summit Lodge

At the Summit Lodge we love to cook.  Seasonal, local produce - much of it grown on site.  A variety of fruit trees and berries, a large veggie garden and free range eggs produce much of what is served.  The farmer next door produces wonderful lamb and we can source organic pork and venison locally.  The breakfast bacon and sausages are from Greytown Butchers and even the coffee we use is roasted locally (yes, we do have espresso coffee, barista quality).  Every morning there is a freshly baked loaf and the breakfast preserves and muesli are home made.

Let us know your dislikes, allergies and food preferences and we will meet your needs.
