At the Summit Lodge we love to cook. Seasonal, local produce - much of it grown on site. A variety of fruit trees and berries, a large veggie garden and free range eggs produce much of what is served. The farmer next door produces wonderful lamb and we can source organic pork and venison locally. The breakfast bacon and sausages are from Greytown Butchers and even the coffee we use is roasted locally. Every morning there is a freshly baked loaf and the breakfast preserves and muesli are home made.
Dinner is available on request - three courses served dinner-party style in the kitchen-dinning room or in the courtyard over the warmer months. We can cater to meet dietary requirements if you let us know your needs - GF, vegetarian, lactose free, allergies etc. Dinner is an additional $60pp, BYO or $85pp including wine match. Food tends to be seasonal and locally sourced. Alternatively, you can request a platter for 2 people at $60....crusty bread, dips, cold meats etc. A minimum 24 hours notice is required if you want to dine in.
