Breakfasts are served in the country-style kitchen-dining room or in the courtyard on warmer days. The Summit Lodge can also provide in-house dinners - 3 courses using local, seasonal produce. See Food and Wine for further information.
Guests can watch Tracey & Jim, their hosts, prepare and cook their dinner whilst relaxing with a glass of local wine. In winter there is an open wood fire to add to the cosy atmosphere and in summer the large doors are often open to the courtyard. On still, warm summer evenings the BBQ is fired up and guests can enjoy el-fresco dining - salads, local lamb, chicken, corn cobs, mushrooms, garlic bread - whatever inspires your hosts!
Dining is informal with other guests and your hosts or can be catered for parties of 6 staying in-house. Guests get to relax, eat and talk whilst the preparation, cooking and clearing up is all taken care of - and no drive home after dinner!
